Remotely logout from WhatsApp web using iPhone
Open WhatsApp on your iPhone and go to settings.
Tap on the second option from the top which is, “WhatsApp Web/Desktop”. If you see a screen which asks you to scan a QR code then you are nowhere logged in to the WhatsApp web.
However, instead of QR code scanner if you see a web browser icon and “Currently Active” then you can tap on “Log out from all computers” to log out. The screen will request for a confirmation for logging out. After tapping on “Logout” again, you will be logged out from WhatsApp web.

The process is more or less similar for Android users. Here are the steps you need to follow on your android Smartphone to logout from WhatsApp web.
Open WhatsApp app on your android device and tap on three dots(Options) at top right of the screen. Go to WhatsApp web which is the second option from top given in settings. If you see a screen which shows browser name and time then it means your WhatsApp is being used on listed computers.
Tap on the option, “Log out from all computers”. This will Log you out from all the active sessions of WhatsApp web. If you do not see above screen and see a screen on which you can scan a QR code then it means that you are not logged in to WhatsApp web anywhere.
